My love for fitness and dance started when I was young. I started dancing when I was 9 and haven't stopped since! I soon realized that to be a better dancer I had to strengthen and train my body which inspired my passion for health and fitness.

In college I majored in Exercise Sciences, studying how exercise impacts the body and how to lead others in a safe and effective manner. I also learned how to create health and fitness plans based on a persons goals and health condition.

I also studied Massage Therapy, and worked as a licensed massage therapist for years building on my knowledge of how the body works and how to reduce pain and stress.

After college I attended a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Hawaii (because why not??) and built on my yoga practice and how to create and lead yoga classes.

On top of my educational experience, I  have since worked in various studios and gyms teaching dance based fitness classes, Zumba, ballroom dance, bellydance, yoga, and strength training to individuals and groups.

I am currently available as a professional bellydancer to perform or teach at private or local events, check out my Bellydance page for more information!

Please keep in mind while I do have training in exercise prescription and nutrition, I am NOT a doctor and no information on this website is medical advice. Please discuss any nutrition or fitness changes with your doctor.
Information posted here is based on what I have learned in my education and what I have found works for me.
